1. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
All content presented on this platform—including but not limited to the "NWfe", "Frontier Stewards" and "嚟圍啡 (NaiWaiFe)" brand names, logos, original photography, "Frontier Fissure" die-cut designs, topographic artwork, and written manifestos—are the exclusive intellectual property of our enterprise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of this platform without our explicit written consent.
2. Artifact Availability & Pricing
Our specialty coffee is sourced directly from remote frontiers in highly limited micro-batches. Consequently, all artifacts displayed on this platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, or to discontinue any regional batch at any time without prior notice. All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are subject to change without notice.
3. E-Commerce Transactions & Refusal of Service
By submitting an order, you represent that all personal and payment information provided is accurate and authorized. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized resellers, orders triggering fraudulent activity flags, or cancellations due to unforeseen inventory discrepancies.

Our platform may occasionally feature links to third-party social enterprise partners, NGOs, or ESG certification bodies. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, along with any separate agreements whereby we provide you with services or products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
