Uncompromising Terroir & Faithful Stewardship is our absolute baseline. We bypass the traditional, often exploitative commodity markets to source directly from the mist-covered peaks of Mae Hong Son, the rugged earth of Chiang Rai, and the ancient river valleys of Yunnan. Our stewards utilize careful agricultural techniques, from meticulous micro-batch sorting to anaerobic and honey processing. The result is a collection of rare, high-scoring artifacts that speak to the purity of their environment.

Our stewards are dedicated pastors, relief workers, and local community leaders who have chosen to root their lives in these remote communities and share their knowledges and blessings with those around them.
